Who am I 

In more than 10 years of working in stressful and result oriented environments I learned how important it is to understand my way of handling stress. 

Now I help the people around me to find out how they react. 
In 2019 I successfully finished my studies to become Stress and Burn-out Coach. 

In January 2020 I started my practice. My focus lies on Stress and Burn-out Coaching but I can also help you if questions regarding personal growth.
