Plenty of information is available on the topic, yet many people will ignore the first symptoms or they don't manage to reduce their stress levels.

Most likely you know about different relaxation techniques such as meditation, self-care or yoga. 

These programs are very helpful in creating moments of rest and recovery and are an important step in your journey to a balanced life. 

But the amount of information available on stress and stress management can be overwhelming. This can be an issue when trying to find the most sensible way to relax for you. 

Furthermore, imagine you already experience your life to be very busy and stressful. In this situation the advice to start a self-care technique like scrapbooking or follow a yoga class twice a week might not be the best first step for you.
